How can I place my order?

Do you have a showroom?

We do not have a showroom of balloons but you may make an appointment to meet at our warehouse where we can go through all arrangements with you.

Do you deliver balloons?

Yes we do!
We offer pick up at our warehouse or deliver to all Adelaide Metro areas where the delivery price is based on your location.

What are your payment terms?

All orders must be paid for prior to your delivery.

What is Hi-Float sealant?

Hi-Float is a liquid sealant which is used to coat the inside surface of a latex balloon in order to reduce the speed of deflation. When used, float times can increase but are not guaranteed and is non-toxic and water soluble.

Do you customize balloons?

Yes, we can create a personalised message on your balloons

Will you be requiring us to pick up your hired equipment after the event?

Yes – $30 service fee

We use the best quality balloons from worldwide suppliers. We understand the concept of quality over quantity.
